Enjoy the comfort of 2 ocean view bedrooms with a queen size bed and one bedroom with one twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed. Amenities include wifi, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, ironing board, microwave, oven/stove, an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property as we expected it to be somewhat small and cramped but it was the only place that would allow us to rent for less than one week over a Holiday weekend. However, the bedrooms & bathroom were larger than anticipated and well furnished. The eat-in kitchen was a bit small for 6 people but that was expected based on the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed - except for a spatula - and once I notified the host of that fact, he hand-delivered a spatula to us just a short while later! The host's response time on ANY question/issue that I had was lightening fast & much appreciated.The full-size washer & dryer were a wonderful addition as it allowed us to have fresh, dry towels very day.There was ample parking and storage, and we need not have brought so many chairs and beach toys as there were plenty on site that we could have used. The onsite port-a-crib was very helpful, too!The location was great as well...only one block from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center of the historic district.Overall we were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it.

Great location, so close to beach and restaurants. Walkable to grocery store (Acme) and the Washington Mall with many restaurants and cute shops. The owners responded to any question within minutes. Planning to stay again in September

Great location and easily walkable to beach, downtown and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was answered almost immediately. The house spotless and very well appointed. I would definitely recommend this rental!

This property is in a great location, but smaller than I realized. The air was very, very musty when we first arrived; and, I had to open all the windows for a couple of hours to get it aired out. It set my allergies off. While we were there, a Nor'easter came, so we had to leave a day early due to the threat of moderate to major flooding. The owner never reached out to us about our safety and potential for flooding during the storm. There was not much in the way of papertowels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. However, we had a good time for the time that we were there.
