About this house rental
Newly renovated 3BR / 2 BA home located in Saywer, MI near Warren Dunes State Park and Greenbush Brewery! Sawyer is located halfway between New Buffalo and St. Joseph and is ideally situated for exploring all that SW Michigan has to offer. The cottage is located at the end of a private drive just off the Red Arrow highway. Lots of mature trees, large yard area and a huge deck make for the prefect place to relax outdoors. Brand new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom provides a relaxing retreat. The newly remodeled kitchen features light and bright finishes with a large dining area and direct access to the deck and outdoor dining area. Of the two additional bedrooms, one has a full size bed and the other includes two twin size beds. Full size washer/dryer, grill and fire pit are available for use. House also has central air! The house is kid and pet friendly with a selection of games, books and movies for your enjoyment on rainy days. Pets considered on a case by case basis and pet fee will apply. We are within walking distance of a wooded nature trail, walkable to Warren Dunes beach (1 mile from the house), and walking distance to a few nearby restaurant / cafe options. We know you'll enjoy a beach day at the dunes, relaxing in the yard, exploring the booming microbrewery / winery scene, or checking out the shops and restaurants in nearby towns.

Always a fantastic stay. Very clean with every amenity needed for a family stay. We spent each day at Cherry Beach, which is nice quiet spot about 7 min from the house. This year we explored Holland as well which was a great day trip. Reccomend both!

This house was perfect for our family! We stayed here for a week with our dog, and it was very convenient for exploring a lot of the surrounding area - we visited Indiana Dunes National Park, New Buffalo, St. Joseph, South Haven, and of course the Warren Dunes State Park. The dog-friendly beach at Warren Dunes is huge and beautiful, and only a few minutes away, so we spent several mornings there! The house itself is beautiful, artfully decorated, and very well stocked with everything you need - kitchen items, paper & household goods, beach chairs, and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on! We cooked at the house a couple times, and there were a lot of dog-friendly restaurants nearby as well. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area!

The home was clean and met our family's expectations. We loved the location (so close to Warren Dunes). The home was very well-stocked with helpful necessities (toilet paper, soap). It was a great place for our family of four to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ruby's Retreat. The home was perfect for us and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Heidi was quick with a response if we had a question and check in/out was very easy. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back again!
