Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de cet appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle. En bord de mer et pourtant extrêmement calme. Très peu de passage sur la route du bord de mer. Depuis le balcon, nous entendions le chant des oiseaux et les vagues. L’appartement est grand, lumineux et très bien équipé. Un accès direct depuis la résidence sur la rue mène à la plage. Une piscine est réservée pour la résidence. Le stationnement est libre au pied de la résidence. Des restaurants sont accessibles à pied vers Royan ou vers St Georges de Didonne. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Royan, le phare de Cordouan, les habitats troglodytes dans les falaises, les cabanes d’ostréiculteurs et de nombreux autres sites. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et réactif pour toute demande.

La vue était splendide et l'appartement bien situé pour visiter à pieds St Georges et Royan. L'appartement était bien équipé avec une terrasse où on pouvait se reposer et manger sans difficulté.
On aurait aimé un fauteuil plus confortable au lieu des canapés-lits mais la place est limitée.

Fantastic view big apartment for two people and a spacious balcony. Well equipped with furniture and reliable WiFi and a great helpful host.
The heatwave spoiled our use of the balcony in the afternoon as it faces west but that was exceptionally hot weather and not something that the host could control.
