This modern 4 bedroom condo has 3 full baths and is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Large & roomy floir plan with 2 decks 9ft ceilings, ceiling fans and more.
The bed layout is 1 king, 2 queens and 1 bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom). There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. You get 2 parking spaces (one inside the garage, one on the parking pad). You also get 6 beach tags to use during the week. Located on the corner of 13th and West, just about everything is within walking boards, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shopping, pharmacy, bakery, grocery market, etc.

I took my two adult kids and two young grandsons and this unit was perfect for a family. Close to the beach, beautiful unit. Owners are so kind and attentive. Would def stay again and recommend this unit to anyone seeking a great place close to the beach.

Very roomy, close to all the shops, beach, boardwalk. Plenty of room for a large family,We enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Great space and location. Hosts were very responsive and had great suggestions for food/other activities. Could have used a deeper clean before we got there but overall the space itself was great for what we needed.

The location of this property is great, short walk to the beach and right by everything you might need. It also has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms if you are coming with a bigger group. The two off street parking spots were also plus. The apartment itself was pretty dated and worn down.
