The staff were very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast daily. The location was central to a lot of attractions within walking distance. I was pleased with my stay for my first time visiting Porto.
Housekeeping not doing a thorough job after returning from a long day out.

Location of the hotel.
Lighting in the toilet & shower area, lack of drawers & useable work surface

Location, staff, and breakfast were top notch!
The room was a little on the smaller size.

Good location.
Front desk staff seemed to be bothered when asked questions for directions. Bottled water in room was not replaced when empty. Front desk staff suggested I should have come to the desk to request replacement. In room coffee maker capsules turned out not to be complimentary after the first day. This was not explained at check in. The room was quite small and it was difficult to get around the bed.
