Private Garden Guest House with separate entrance near FSU, downtown and TMH.

We can't say enough about our stay and overall experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to just about everything. Antique stores were right around the corner, FSU was only 15 minutes away, the hospital was just up the road, and Target, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants were all nearby. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is the perfect choice. The area was peaceful, with no traffic noise or loud neighbors. The pool was always clean, refreshing, and often felt like we had it all to ourselves. The owners were gracious, kind, and incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I would definitely stay here again! Communication was wonderful from check in to check out and the hosts recommended some great activities and spots to eat while we were there as well. They were very quick with communication which was appreciated. They even left us extra pool towels before we even asked. The yard is super cute and I enjoyed sitting out there and looking at the landscaping and swimming in the pool. The location is very safe and quiet and convenient to everything. 5 stars... I would recommend

5/5 Stars - The perfect relaxing oasis! I had a wonderful and restful stay at this charming guest house. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had absolutely everything I needed to feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The highlight of the trip was definitely the pool area. It felt like a private, tropical resort! Surrounded by lush landscaping , it was the perfect place to lounge with a morning coffee or cool off during the afternoon.The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive. They provided excellent local recommendations and made the check-in and check-out process completely seamless. The location is also fantastic—tucked away in a peaceful, safe neighborhood, but just a quick [drive/walk] to great shopping and restaurants .It was exactly the peaceful getaway I was hoping for. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to book my next stay!
