Fab location for a few days exploring

The location was perfect. Apartment was spacious and clean.

It looked a bit tired in comparison to the pictures, particularly the roof terrace.

Central location & great view

Good central location with a great view of the Alcazaba & castle walls from the roof terrace. Communication from La Recepcion was excellent. They answered any communication promptly.

There is no oven in the property, only a hob & a small combi microwave that you wouldn’t fit a pizza in. Garden furniture is still broken & not been replaced which was disappointing. This was first mentioned in 2023. The roof terrace would be more useable if there was a fixed awning. There is no shade. We bought our own umbrella. The single beds are low & quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning kept going off. There is a movement sensor box attached to the air conditioning unit, so when no movement the air con goes off. This is not helpful during the night as it went off, then it became stuffy & you awoke & had to switch it back on again. Occasional drainage smell from the bathroom. Central location comes with street noise. The twin room is located on the front, busy street. Not a problem during the day but by night you had various elements of noise which ranged from people, rubbish collection & street cleaning. If the air con didn’t switch off & the beds were more comfortable the street noise may not be as much of an issue as you would be more comfortable & possibly sleep better. The property is tired & requires a freshen up. Marks on paintwork. Laminate flooring, skirting boards & dining table damaged in places. Would not return!

Great flat, shame about the roof terrace.

Amazing central location in the old city with views of the cathedral and Alcazaba. Flat is well equipped, clean and spacious. Great space to stay with friends and family. Cute balcony for morning coffee, book reading, and watching the swifts fly by.

This flat would be a clear 10 but was let down by the roof terrace. It has fabulous views over the city however the furniture was broken and dated. The aircon weirdly doesn’t stay on, it switches off after a while. Also, not a negative but guests should be aware that the central location comes with a caveat; socialising in the summer takes place outside, and goes on until the early hours.

Läget var fantastiskt! Mitt i centrum nära till allt. Takterrassen och balkongen var underbart att ha! Bra med två små badrum med dusch i varje!

Det fanns bara ett vinglas och några få mindre glas, så vi köpte några för att kunna ha och dricka ur samtidigt allihopa. Hade varit önskvärt med ett lakan/täcke per person. Sov man i en dubbelsäng fick man dela täcke/lakan. Lite slitna dynor på terrassen, det skulle kunna gå att göra det så mysigt där uppe!
