This beach house was perfect for our family holiday weekend! From the views to the easy beach access. House was very clean upon our arrival. Access code sent to before so there wasn't any stopping anywhere for codes. I highly recommend this rental. We definitely will be coming back!

Location is great. Views from living room and main bedroom were what we hoped for. Short beach walk to Wanna Wanna. The only issue we had was the sliding glass doors, especially the one needed to access the pool and beach from the main bedroom. It was almost impossible to open/close, due to gummed-up rollers and the handle was extremely loose making it almost impossible. We called first thing to get maintenance and they responded quickly and while we were out. They sprayed WD 40 on the track so it was easier, but still very difficult. More irritating was they didn’t secure the loose/broken handle and it was barely attached and bent by the time we left. I am 6’2” and weigh 200 lbs. My sons are 6’2” and 6’7” and played sports through college and they couldn’t open the main bedroom sliding door. The two sliding doors from the living room to the veranda also need maintenance. My wife and daughter had to have my sons or me open/close them. I understand this is a beach property where weather deteriorates things but, for the money we spent, I expected better.

Great beach view from the private pool. Plenty of beach toys. Maint very prompt in fixing missing slats on curtain rod. Recommend owner removing primary bedroom slat curtains ( they don’t rotate well to slide open and back) and sheers and place darkening curtains. Was told there is a work order for the broken sliding glass handle in primary room. Light comes in with the sunrise. Beautifully appointed house with top end beach decor. Very clean, great family vacation and memories.

Beautiful place and location was great! Needs some work! Dryer didn’t work, leaving our clothes soaking wet. Couch is so old and crusty looking. We didn’t want lay down or relax on it as it was gross not to mention uncomfortable! The outdoor table only had 3 legs attached, the 4th leg was there only to balancing the table. The 2nd room downstairs had hard beds. I will say the unit was clean and the company managing the VRBO was fabulous! Owner should invest in their property!
