Location is the best. Close walk to everything you could need, taxi, shops, cafes.
The bedding was unpleasant. No underlay on the mattresses, (just a sheet straight onto a mattress) sheets that were old, mismatched and tired. The blanket on my bed needed a wash. The shower cubicle in our room, had black mold around the floor. And the whole unit is pulling away from the wall, and needs replacing.
The showers water pressure and temperature were PERFECT, so at least that was pleasant.
