friendly staff, great quiet location and view. morning breakfast was delicious and i appreciated having easy access to a currency converter in the lobby. the room felt a little snug by the end of the trip but we appreciated the extra storage under the bed. great water pressure in the bathroom and appreciated the mini fridge. beautiful rooftop view with plenty of seating. we will be rebooking in the future!
took a while for the AC to cool the room down at first but we used it as another reason to explore the area. by the time we returned the temperature was perfect. the bathroom took a while to dry off after a shower leaving a lot of the surfaces wet longer than desired.

Clean, comfortable, close to station and places to eat.
The bath was a little high to step into for the shower

Very good location within walking distance from subway and the major attractions in Asakusa.
The room was really small although we did expect a small room. I am allergic to feathers and went down to reception to ask for microfibre pillows. They did not have any available and I had to request for an additional duvet to use as pillows.
The breakfast was a big disappointment. Rather skip the breakfast.
