I loved the easy checkin via WhatsApp! The property is perfect for the Rota Vicentina. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very close to a selection of restaurants and grocery store. Thank you for the stay

Pirata hostel really felt like a home, there was a big kitchen with all the utensils you need, a dining room and even a sofa & tv
The shower wasn’t really warm

It was relatively clean and well located
There was no water. Literally nothing came out of the tap, and mid shower the water went out and didn't come back for hours. When I contacted the manager, they didn't offer any solution or explanation. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really didn't like this situation and especially the way it was handled.
