The staff is super attentive, they clearly want to make you have an unforgettable time in Naoshima.
Their answers are fast by text, in person they do their best to communicate despite the language barrier.
The room is compact but very well organized and the terrace with ocean view is unbeatable.
The location is so so good. Just few minutes away by bicycle from the port, 7-Eleven, Chichu Museum and all the main attractions.
The electric bicycles they have available for guests to rent are extremely convenient since the rent shops usually sell out every day. Also, the complementary butter, bread and coffee/tea every morning for breakfast are so good (it’s Japanese shokupan, not any other pan you find elsewhere).
I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to all my friends.

While simple in its appearance, the rooms are beautifully arranged with all the amenities available. And, as a very special addition, each room has a terrace from which you can admire the sea.
Nothing to mention

Host was super helpful and communication flawless. She picked us up at the harbor and we rented bikes from the property which made it very easy to get around the island.
Slightly damp smell.
