The property was gorgeous and the staff were well mannered with amazing customer service.
There was honestly nothing that I could say that I disliked about the property.

The property and the room are quite nice, and the front staff is very pleasant.
I didn't like the housekeeping staff; they weren't meticulous. When I arrived in the room, a half-full bottle of water sat on the desk, and the bathroom was dirty. The next day, the cleaning lady left her rag on the floor.

The beach
There’s not many options in the menu of room service.
- after 12 Am if you order something to eat they never delivered.
- The pool bar closes very early.
- In my room, water leaked out after I showered, leaving the floor soaking wet.
- There was also a big dead cockroach inside my room.
- The restaurant staff are very unfriendly and not diligent.
