Absolutely brilliant stay. We stayed for one night with our 10 month old baby and the staff and service was faultless. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected to accommodate us as a young family. We were offered to have our baby bottles sterilised and sent to the room, and a special breakfast was made for her. The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home.
Our room was fantastic - the design was thoughtful, it was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
We chose to stay here over the other 5 star hotels despite it being significantly more expensive than them, and we are so glad we did, I would have paid more!

From the very first moment until check-out, you are surrounded by genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional care. Every request, no matter how small, is handled effortlessly and almost instantly.
The rooms are beautiful, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts are absolutely wonderful, and every little detail reflects the thought and care that goes into creating an unforgettable experience.
But what makes this hotel truly exceptional is its people. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality make you feel not simply like a guest, but like someone they are truly happy to welcome.
The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave. Two nights were simply not enough!

Good evening, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE Team, I wanted to take a moment to share our experience and express our heartfelt gratitude to you and your entire team. This was our second stay at your hotel, and once again, we left feeling deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality, warmth, and care we received from everyone. From the driver who welcomed us at the airport to the reception agent who recognized us and thoughtfully arranged for us to stay on the same floor as we did last April, we felt welcomed from the very beginning. We were especially delighted to reconnect with our dear friend, Rakesh Shetty, and relieved to learn that he was still part of the management team. He welcomed us with open arms and made our stay truly memorable. We are particularly grateful for his outstanding spirit of service, the meaningful conversations we shared, and the genuine passion and love he has for the Four Seasons brand. He embodies what makes this hotel so special. Our sincere thanks also go to the entire team, who worked so diligently to ensure that every detail was perfect. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Praise, Vishnu, and the young lady at the dessert station, as well as Deepak at the Indian food station. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made each experience special. We are equally grateful to the housekeeping team for keeping everything impeccable.
A special thank-you goes to the wonderful driver who took us around the city for four hours. He was one of the kindest people we have ever met and made our time exploring Bengaluru such a pleasure. I would also like to thank the spa team for making it possible for me to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation each day while my husband was at work.
