Dinner whilst expensive was exceptional and in a great location with views across the vineyards
Breakfast was average, don't ask for scrambled, was it really powdered egg?
There was a problem with the booking and it was impossible to get through on the phone. If we did eventually get to speak to someone, they couldn't help ' not my department ring back' of course we did and never got through. Up until arriving at reception we were never sure if there was a room for us. Billing at the end was incorrect, basic errors let down the whole experience which should have otherwise been good.
