The apartment is located in a newly built residential complex, 200 m from the beautiful CUVI beach and near the Rovinj Nature Park.
It is spread over two levels on the second and top floor of a vacation rental apartment building.

a living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a bathroom and a veranda, and a terrace overlooking the park;
In the attic, there is another double bedroom with a bathroom and a large sun terrace overlooking the park, the sea, and the city center.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, two air conditioners, and two water heaters for both floors, as well as three satellite TVs in the living room, double bedroom, and attic.

It is located on the promenade in the Centener neighborhood in the center of Rovinj, a 20-minute walk from the historic center and the Basilica of St. Euphemia, with a view of the city. You can reach the center via a romantic stroll through the park in front of the residential complex, which leads through the former marina and winds along the entire beautiful beach with a view of the islands stretching out before you.
