Mala experiencia
La ubicación
Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no ha sido buena y, sinceramente, considero que el precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrece.
Lo primero que nos encontramos fue un problema con la llave del portal, ya que no abría y ni siquiera se podía girar la cerradura. Tuvimos que escribir a la propietaria, Julia, para explicarle la situación y, mientras tanto, esperar a que saliera un vecino para poder acceder al edificio. Finalmente, tuvo que venir a traernos otras llaves.
Además, mientras ella llegaba, nosotros estábamos haciendo unas compras necesarias para el apartamento. No habíamos acordado una hora para la entrega de éstas llaves, pero como tuvo que esperar a que llegásemos nos quiso cobrar 20 €. Algo que me parece vergonzoso después de no poder abrir la puerta y tener que esperar a que saliera un vecino para poder entrar.
En cuanto al apartamento, la cama es muy incómoda
y las almohadas son prácticamente cojines muy blandos en los que te hundes, dando la sensación de que no tienes apenas almohada.
Las toallas de ducha, aunque son blancas, se ven bastante desgastadas por el uso y no transmiten sensación de estar especialmente limpias.
El lavabo es muy pequeño y tiene una ventana sin persiana ni ningún elemento que garantice la intimidad. Justo enfrente hay ventanas de otros vecinos, por lo que pueden verte desde fuera. Lo más incómodo es que la ducha está enfrente de esa ventana, por los que los vecinos pueden verte mientras te duchas. No hay nada de intimidad.
El estudio dispone de lavadora pero no de tendedero, algo bastante poco práctico. Tuvimos que improvisar y colgar las toallas donde podíamos dentro del apartamento.
Por último, es un estudio bastante pequeño y, después de haberme alojado allí, considero que el precio es excesivo para lo que ofrece. La ubicación es buena, pero por ese precio creo que hay otras opciones que ofrecen mejores condiciones, más comodidad y una experiencia mucho más cuidada.
