Beautiful hotel, all staff were very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was fantastic. Decor is amazing and full of LFC history. I stayed in room 8 (Steven Gerrard room). Bed was so comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Plenty of towels and condiments. All round 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

The hotel was gorgeous, very old style and authentic. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were very friendly and lovely.
I liked everything, the breakfast was continental, would have preferred and english breakfast but was not a problem had lots of choices.

Continental breakfast only which had a good selection, only missing pastries. Room very basic but very clean. Shower very adequate. Clean linen and bedding. Staff pleasant.
Felt very underwhelmed really. Paid a lot for the 4 nights - more than it was worth. Certainly not a 'Deluxe double room'! Lack of storage space to hang clothes. Shelf on each side of bed of little use as it was very small. Facilities said there was a desk and sofa bed in the room which were not there. Dormer window either fully open or closed. My own fault to not realise that the hotel was a couple of miles from the city centre and therefore we were dependent on taxis.
