What I liked:
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing: very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to help with anything we needed.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, while the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax after a busy day.
Overall, everything was great, from the excellent service to the cleanliness, breakfast, and location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The housekeeping lady (Aisha?) was so sweet. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean. Supplied lots of bottled water.
Front desk staff not overly friendly. No facilities.

If you want to stay near the bazar it’s good
You have no window to really open which is seriously disturbing. Also the staff was rude. The breakfast was ok. You’ll find better places if you stay on the Asian side which we recommend.
