fantastic location, calm and big resort!

not really a 5-star... a few things we were missing. No welcome drink, what is common in a 5-Star hotel. The hotel had a bug infestation, which was really annoying. There were bugs in the room over and over again, and if they'd known about it, room service should have checked on it several times. Beach Bar had steak tartar on the menu, but it was sold out that day and the next.

Difficult to reach especially in a larger car

Too many trip hazards for those with mobility issues.

The room and staff were superb, views as well

The quality of the restaurants is fine, but the price point doesn’t match the quality. especially at the pool the prices are ridiculous for the quality that is offered, both in terms of the dishes as the service. accommodation can’t do anything about this, but the other guests were quite disturbing.
