Malaga on budget

The property was easy to find. Communication is efficient. The place is ok for our short stay. Beds are comfortable. The house is clean.

Parking can be a problem if arriving by car. There are free parking available but couldn't find parking space anywhere near the property.

Cozy family apartment in the perfect location for a beach holiday

We are the family of four with two children. Very easy access to the flat! The flat is very very cozy and has personal touch to it. It’s not modern more vintage thus it felt nice like at parents home:-) We had air conditioner which was a lifesaver. The flat has practically everything you need to feel like you are in your own holiday home. We had plenty of towels, clean bedding, nearly all the utensils in the kitchen and all the toiletries in the bathroom. The location is amazing , very quiet street : 7 mins walk to the train station María Zambrane, there is a shopping mall with huge supermarket there too. Also 7 mins walk to the beach , on the way to the beach there is a beautiful park with the indoor pool and gym, a couple of nice restaurants on the way as well. Loads of small supermarkets around. The beach is nice too! Also about 15-20 mins walk to the city centre and all town. Don’t you are planning a family beach holiday, I would recommend this place. The host couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. We were provided with the towels, blankets etc. thank you so much!

The second floor the air conditioning had a hose that dripped water into the container that need to be emptied. The sofa is a bit retired. Otherwise - very pleasant apartment.

Not worth a stay

Thankgod the walls are Standing. Towels are clean otherwise everything else is Fraud. The commercial on the booking.com & the actual flat dont match.

I never had such an experience where only walls match the pic abd everything else is either broken or covered up decoration. The pictures & place dont match. Pls avoid this place & its not worth your holiday. We had excellent holidays & stayed our last night at this place in order to catch early flight. 1) Ants & kitchen smells with Ants poison 2)Kitchen is opened to toilette 3) Mattresses form a ditch in the middle 4) floor is dirty 5) AC has a bottle to fillup water leak 6)1980 Television doesnt work 7) Sofa is jus a wooden box covered with blankets 8) doors are broken, lights are broken 9) Water in the Toiltte sink gets stuck 10) Bath tub is dirty & looks never been cleaned 11) Windows are made of thin plastic, you literally feel like sleeping on streets & thats how loud it is 12) There is no proper table to use for meals 13) Door knobs literally come out of the door 14) Microwave is dirty I wonder how this place got rated 8 & why there are no honest reviews of the place. I paid 150€ for one night stay & its not the value for money.

Bien

Olimme vain yhden yön, hyvä sijainti, palvelut ihan vieressä ja helppo ajaa asunnolta lentokentälle. Perus siisti majoitus lyhyeen oleskeluun.

Parkkipaikkaa ei meinannut löytyä millään asunnon läheisyydestä, mutta se ei liity itse asuntoon. Eli varaa aikaa jos olet autolla.

The kitchen was well equipped and the amenities provided were good.

The bedrooms are really hot in the summer, not even the AC in the living room would help, it was hard to sleep with the heat. The electricity can't hold 2 appliances turned on at the same time. (AC and Washing machine for example)
