Large room which was always nice and warm. Clean and quiet. Coffee/tea-making facilities and fridge in room. Bathroom also warm.
The family living (not staying) in the room behind ours were having a heated argument one evening and sounded as though they were coming in to join us!

The room was top notch, stunning views from every window and the balcony. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Heating was plentiful throughout the day and night. It was lovely to return to our room after a wet and cold hike. Would highly recommend!
That we only stayed 2 nights at the accomadation and Kazbegi and easily could of stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay! The room was very spacious, with a separate sitting area, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace. This was especially appreciated on the rainy afternoons when we decided to stay in and relax.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town centre, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and taxis or transport options for excursions.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we couldn’t make the most of the beautiful garden. However, even just looking out of our window at the lush garden and the surrounding mountains was a pleasure.
It would have been nice to have a breakfast option at the property, especially for an early start before heading out on excursions. However, there are some excellent bakeries in town, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
