We had a wonderful stay at this modern, spotless, and fully equipped apartment. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to charming little coves, a large grocery store, and the beautiful old town of Monopoli. We especially loved the spacious, sunny terrace. A massive thank you to Giada, who checked us in and went above and beyond; her kindness, warmth, and great communication made us feel truly cared for throughout our trip. We would happily come back!

good location, 10 minutes walk from the beach,
15-20 mins walk from the old town. big supermarket is just next to the aparment. free parking zone in front of the house
First of all i don't usually leave bad reviews, because I write it in pm to the host instead, and I hope that they will change things and the next guest will not have the same negative experience.
I did the same this time, I wrote my concerns in a private message, but I was neglected by them so now I'm making an exception and writing it here to public.
So negatives in short:
- there is a bad smell coming from the air conditioner, it is probably not cleaned.
- the water in the shower drains in hours
- the walls are made of paper, everything from the neighbor can be heard
- no shower gel
- the coffee machine (or the plug-in transformer) does not work
- three lights are on all night in the room, which makes it impossible to sleep properly.
- the air conditioner stops sometimes and then restarts
- the terrace is separated from the neighbor terrace by a transparent wall, so you can see everything from the neighbor
- the terrace is observated by cameras, it bothers me on my holiday and I didn't even consent that video footage is being taken of me.
When I described all this to the host in pm, they didn't even reply to my last message. The next day I asked them to bring the agreed check-out time an hour earlier. They didn't answer me, and they didn't answer my phone calls. after one hour of waiting to check out I was able to reach the office and they sent someone and we were finally able to leave. they said that the woman’s kid was sick who should have come over for check out. I am very sorry for her, but still cannot accept that noone was answering my texts and phone calls and we also have 2 small kids who were waiting more than an hour to finally check out.
