Had all the amenities that I needed for a work trip.

Everything and everyone were amazing
The shower pressure is my only complaint. The room was beautiful and everything was very comfortable. But the shower pressure was HORRIBLE. Idk if the shower head was partially clogged or what

breakfast was standard fare, for most hotels. I appreciated how nicely stocked and clean things were.
It was the 1st hotel i've stayed in that had a nightlight in the bathroom. Fantastic!!
A working second elevator would have been good. Better coffee would have been nice.

Location, staff
TV didn't work, shower head was loose and so was shower handle, bugs in room. Mattress uncomfortable, pillows were so thin that even 2 stacked were not enough for a good night sleep. 1st floor icemaker broken.
