The staff allowed an earlier checkin than I was expecting....made a huge difference after 35 hours of travelling.
The staff also helped me with last minute information about catching the trams, that was very helpful.

Great location for touring and near station. Good value for money.
Nothing. Everything worked fine for my short stay.

Great location, very clean, lovely lobby lounge area.
Could not really get the air conditioning to work in our room. While it was not super hot out, we like it cool for a good sleep. Had to leave the window open to avoid it being stuffy which was a bit noisy at times.
