Great location and cosy property but gasoline oil smell through ruined my stay

Staying in this apartment left mixed feelings. While we chose a great location, those arriving by car will face parking issues and significant additional expenses. Many nearby apartments do. Before arriving, we requested early check-in for an additional fee. This was refused, even though the apartment was vacated at 11:00 AM. We were satisfied with check-in at 1:00 PM. The apartment is small, but two adults and two children can fit. There was only one face towel. Later, they brought us three more bath towels, which were sufficient. There was one and a half rolls of toilet paper for four people, and there was no hand soap or dishwashing detergent. We contacted Andy and, to our surprise, received a strange answer. You can buy these at a nearby store. We told him these were basic items, but there was no response. The toilet tank fills very slowly, which is critical for four people. Andy promised to send a repairman, but no one has fixed the problem. Horrible! The apartment is warm and furnished with antique furniture. But it still needs some maintenance. The closet doors are hard to close, as are the dresser drawers. The door handles don't always work. The chairs are shabby. The cleaning before we moved in wasn't very good. Glasses and dishes had to be washed. The dust on the old radio could use a wipe. Overall, this was a negative experience for us, even though the price was not cheap. I think the landlord has some work to do to improve the situation.

Great location for accessing the centre and ski lifts.

I’d recommend adding better/more pillows for sleep comfort. Also possibly being able to turn the heating down as it was very hot. Also a dust/clean would be good.
