We had an amazing time at this hotel! ❤️ We enjoyed a short but wonderful vacation, and everything was great from start to finish.
A special thank you to Mr. Karim at the reception for his warm welcome and excellent service. Also, many thanks to Ms. Salwa for her wonderful service during breakfast. She was so kind and helpful!
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and hope to visit again soon!

Great standard, not from airport terminal especially t2. Pleasant staff.
Shower operation is too complex, room service not available in the night after certain hours should be 24/7 at least in room dinning for passengers arriving mid night.

I liked the swimming. The lifeguard was very friendly. Always greeted me with a smile. Put my towels down for me. So polite. A big shout out to him. Breakfast was good. Breakfast people worked very hard. The room was clean and no smell. Beds clean and comfortable.
Didn't like the smell in the passages. My chest closed up because those floors are not vacuumed regularly. I coukd smell it. Everytime I stepped out into the passage my chest closed up. The lady at the reception desk who checked us in was not friendly.
