We liked the location and the rustic feel. The room was clean and decorated nicely.
The mattresses were harder than we liked, but everyone has a preference for how hard their bed is.
Some other aspects of the room were dated. The rocking chairs on the porch were very weathered. The bathroom had a busted place in the tub and some of the caulk was scratched off causing the tub to look dirty. The bed frame was scuffed up at the foot. And while the air conditioner did work, it is an old one and needs to be updated to a new mini-split to help the room feel more up to date.
The main sign needs touch up paint to remove the rust lines from the sign.
All of the things are minor and I would stay here again. I just know that they could knock it out of the ballpark with a few fixes.
