Het is een heel mooi huis, twee badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken, fantastisch balkon met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht.
Twee zaken: de ligging en de gehorigheid. Ik kan goed autorijden en heb aardig wat ervaring in de bergen rijden, maar deze weg was toch wel het summun (in negatieve zin dan). Aankomend in het donker is sowieso niet aan te raden, maar sommige delen van de weg zijn super smal zonder vangrail met een helling aan de ene kant en een afgrond aan de andere kant. Foutmarge is nul. Het betreft een tweebaans weggetje, dus met wat pech moet je in de achteruit (er zijn wel een paar uitwijkmogelijkheden maar niet voldoende mijns inziens). Verder houdt het weggetje opeens op, en verandert deze in een traktor/weiland weg. Als het geregend heeft wordt het een zeer lastig verhaal. Ik had gelukkig 4wd. Neem sowieso sneeuwkettingen mee. Omdat de weg naar boven lang is, moet je er rekening mee houden om continue sneeuwkettingen af en op te doen (want de gondel is nog een stuk verder via de hoofdweg 80+ km/h). Iets om rekening mee te houden. De eigenaar zei dat ze nog nooit klachten had ontvangen over de bereikbaarheid. Wij hadden echter besloten om in het midden van de week een ander appartement te boeken in Neukirchen. Gehorigheid: wij zaten in het onderste appartement en het is extreem gehorig. Dit komt omdat het een houten chalet is met een houten vloer. Op zich niet erg, maar wij hadden toevallig net een gezin met jonge (rondrennende) kinderen boven ons.
