Apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, main shopping centre and Broadbeach bars / restaurants.
Nothing I didn’t like, we’ve stayed here a few times now and will come back again. A map of where to find the apartment would have been helpful as arrived at night, was dark and got a bit confusing with keys.

liked the location , pool area and size of the unit
some small maintenance issues , blown light bulbs , bedroom door lock loose

Location great pool and facilities
Some of the appartments facilities were getting past their use by dates. Doors not sliding correctly chairs getting old.
Washing machine absolutely disgusting.

Location is amazing and the pool areas are great for kids/families
Unfortunately the cleanliness was really poor this time around (we’ve stayed here twice before). CHA sent cleaners around to give the place a good clean after contacting them on day 1, but the cleaners only sorted the kitchen and didn’t clean the dirty bathrooms
