About this apartment rental
This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor and looks directly at the gulf and beach from its spacious balcony. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's and wireless internet. This condo can sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) and a covered assigned parking space! The property has a gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness room and grilling area. Located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Had a great stay! So relaxing! The kitchen is well stocked with necessities if you choose to cook. Very clean and great view on the beach!!!

Had great time. Condo what we needed. Loved Location for girls trip. I know on beach. We felt could have been cleaner when arriving. Sand all over floor. It is older condo. But would stay again!

The unit was very clean and nice. The beachfront view was perfect. I would have liked to have an onsite restaurant/ bar for convenience. We also had an issue with someone parking in our designated parking area and was told there was nothing that could be done. We had to park in someone else's spot. Parking should be enforced to ensure paying guests have access to amenities stated in the rental agreement.

This beautiful beach front condo was convenient and a wonderful location. A short walk to the beach and pool. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating this unit and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants that were only a short drive from the condo. However, there were minor problems throughout our stay. When we rented it was noted there was construction and upgrades on the parking lot side. We did not realize that beginning at 8 am jackhammers, sanders and beeping lifts would be running outside the bedroom windows. These ran all day long. There were no relaxing and quiet days to be found in our location. The quiet time in the units were stated 10pm to 10 am but it was evident during construction this does not apply. Our vehicle under the parking garage was covered with dust and paint from the daily sanding. I chose this unit because of the free beach service, (two beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental), this ended on November 1st, the day we arrived. The rental cost was $50/day. They were empty most days, the lifeguard explained to use them starting in November the cost was $50/per day. There was no hot water in the master bath. A message was left with the management company but they never returned our call. We ended up leaving a day earlier than we had planned.I think if the we had visited during peak vacation season we would not have had the problems we encountered. We are rental property owners also and I realize the owners of this wonderful condo have no control over the problems we encountered. I do feel that Legacy Vacations should have returned our call.
