It's location was great. Comfortable walking distance from the Metro and JR train station. Lots of convenience stores nearby. There were even two vegetarian/vegan restaurants nearby.
The staff was also very helpful. I had problems with the Wi-Fi in my room and they made every effort to fix it. Eventually I think they changed the router for the floor. By the time I came back it was working perfectly. They offered to change my room at first but I didn't want to move. I think the staff went above and beyond what's to be expected. And they were very kind and friendly about everything they did.
There's not much I didn't like. If I had to choose something I would say the room was small but I paid for a single room and the bed was a double which was nice. But I wished there was a little more room so I could write in the room the counter space was small.
But the rooms served the purpose I needed it to serve so I'm not complaining about that. But I think if you are booking a single room, you should have those expectations.

Well located closed to shin osaka station. Staff is polite and available and price is excellent for the location. Slept well, would booking again
Installations are a little bit old, but didn't compromise the experience. Amenities are not very diverse, but adequate for the budget.

The location is very convenient. There are nearby restaurants and stores to look around. Guest has an option to do laundry.
Minimal medical support when guest is sick.

It was a convenient location to the Train Station.
I spent a month in Japan and this was my first experience with an employee being rude. I had a couple of instances where staff members were inconsiderate. I wouldn't stay here again.
