About this house rental
Relax and enjoy our guest house in the beautiful Lancaster County countryside. This spacious home is perfect for large families and is close to it all with lots of beautiful sightseeing in the Amish community and the village of Intercouse. On the main floor you can enjoy cooking in our well stocked kitchen and enjoy each other’s company at the large dining room table that seats 12. (We also keep a child’s high chair there if needed) Also on the main floor is a large living room with a flatscreen tv, a full bathroom, laundry room and an enclosed office with a futon bed. The upstairs consists of 5 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large backyard is perfect for family games and campfires. (Firewood provided) There’s plenty to see and do or just relax on the front porch and enjoy the surrounding fields and pastures and watch the buggies go by. We would be honored to have you as our guest!

Strasburg railroad and Dutch wonderland are 8.6 miles.
Shady maple smorgasbord is 8.5 miles.

Our family of 11, including a one-year old, spent our vacation week in this house. It is in a great location regarding all the attractions around Lancaster. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Bedroom furnishings are beautiful. The outdoor space is great for relaxing and having outdoor fun, games, campfires. The one-year old loved seeing the horses and goats that were nearby and also had plenty of toys to play with in the house. The host and people nearby were very friendly. We felt very welcome by the host and family.

The House was great! It had plenty of room and more for 7 of us! The kids loved the yard and basketball hoop! Plenty of linens and towels and anything we could have needed! Only thing was it’s on a main road and we didn’t realize that before booking.

The house was the perfect space for our family to gather for a wedding at a venue 4 minutes away. Some of our guests first visit to Lancaster County and the home provided such a lovely large gathering space and perfect home base for all the activities pre and post. The hosts are kind and communicative. Thank you Esh family!

Everything was well stocked, and immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the Amish meal you prepared for us! You were all so friendly and accommodating We would all give you an A rating!
