The location was superb!
The toilet is too cramped.

We had a great time staying at Quest Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, especially when we requested a surprise birthday setup for my mother. They gladly helped with all our requests and also arranged for our rooms to be beside each other, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located near malls and other tourist attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
I would also like to commend the staff for being friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.
None. Everything was great during our stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

The food is not that good.
Its hard to call the front desk. No one's answering if you need something.

I like that the staff were friendly and very accommodating. When I needed a cab because I didnt have a vehicle when I stayed, they were able to help me find one right away.
I found hair EVERYWHERE. the bedsheet was also stained, the bathroom was small but it's doable. I just didnt expect for something so nicely advertised that it would end up like that. the first night, I wanted to leave the hotel. but then I decided to just stay since it was just two days.
