Staff was friendly to give me another room at 11pm on a lower floor (5th), as I had a noisy room on the 14th floor
.
First room.i had on 14th was very noisy due to industrial ac units on the roof constantly turning on and off the compressors were crazy loud felt like the ceiling was vibrating
Towels smell a bit stale... ot moldy but not really fresh as well
Elevators are insanely LOUD!
ALWYS ASK FOR A ROOM.ON A LOWER FLOOR AWAY from.the elevators
Also rooms need "slow door closers"
Guest kept slamming doors at night

Within a short walking distance of the Peace Memorial Park/Museum. Staff were very helpful. you can store your luggage there and they even offer free complimentary drinks within certain hours. Room was really big and the in-building onsen was the perfect thing after a long day.

Location was excellent near some nice restaurants and close to major facilities.
Breakfast was poor and staff weren’t particularly friendly.
