The house was absolutely fantastic. It was so open and spacious. We had 12 people in the home and not once did we feel cramped. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

This was our 6th stay in Reunion and without a doubt it was the most disappointing. We have rented 4 homes and two condos, all thru VRBO. The past rental property managers were all responsive and took care of any issues. With this rental, it did not happen. We were very disappointed in the attention to our issues and also the attention of customer service people.1. All bedrooms, except the master were extremely warm. They never dropped below 76 degrees. It made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. A HVAC guy did show up, twice, unannounced, but could not fix the problem.2. The master bath was never addressed and could not be used.3. The master bedroom bed, did not adjust to firmness and only had an error code on the control.4. The ipad on the wall in the master bedroom did not work.5. The blinds in the master bedroom did not work.6. The leaky window in the upstairs bath was never addressed.7. The broken drawer in refrigerator was never addressed8. The ice maker did not work.9. Two range burners did not work , making cooking very cumbersome.10. The outside grill would not ignite.11. The fan in bedroom 2, downstairs was noisy and could be heard upstairs.12. We called twice for items left in freezer, on 6.8.26,the morning after our departure and 6.12.26, told the person both times what items were left and to try and have them mailed. Twice we were told they would call the next day and give us an
