Lovely little square, a small supermarket nearby, plus bars, ice cream place, restaurants. Really lovely! As for property, no issues at all - nice big bed, fully equipped kitchen, very airy, located on ground floor. It was also kept clean.
There are bars and restaurants around the square so it can be noisy and loud some nights - it may bother some, not us though.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen, as we enjoy doing a bit of cooking when travelling. The location is fantastic, right by beautiful Praça das Flores, with cafés, restaurants and a lively atmosphere just outside (yet the apartment faces away from the square, so it's wonderfully quiet). A great base for exploring Lisbon and getting a feel for the neighbourhood. We'd happily stay again!

Fantastic location as long as you understand the square outside is a very popular nightspot, with several bars and restaurants and lots of people drinking outside in the square until late. This is what we wanted so we were very happy, its a very cute little square, and there is also an excellent bakery for your morning coffee and breakfast, right on the doorstep.
The apartment itself was everything you would need for a city break or even longer.
Unless there are some inconsiderate neighbours having a party (which only happened on 1 night out of 4) then the noise was very minimal inside the apartment. But if that does happen, then the noise echoes around a lot, especially on the terrace, as it did during the day when there was drilling next door for approx 8 hours on one day.

Very nice location in the city. The terrace made it able to sit outside. Supportive hosts, quick to respond to questions.
The only windows faced high walls surrounding the terrace. The apartment was damp and there was a smell of mold in the cupboards.
Noisy gatherings outside the entrance were disturbing many evenings.
