OUTDOORS In 2022 we re-landscaped the whole property. The backyard now has a solar-heated saltwater pool and spa, a pool house, sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, an outdoor shower and a full-height netball and basketball ring. The front and back gardens are fully fenced and gated, so kids and dogs can roam safely.
INDOORS A fully renovated, open-plan home with air conditioning and heating in every room. The European kitchen has a Smeg gas cooktop and oven, Fisher & Paykel fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and basic pantry items, and the dining table seats 10. There is a freestanding bath, a washing machine and dryer, and a dedicated workspace with fast, unlimited NBN wi-fi.
