Our family absolutely loved it here! It was clean, cozy and absolutely adorable! We thought it was even better than what the photos showed. The host was so easy to communicate with as well. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be returning for future florida trips! (ps, the washer was not working so we did have to use a local laundry mat, however that was communicated to us the day before we arrived so we were aware and planned accordingly)

Stayed 2nd week April 2026. Listing as described. 2 issues: 1st day noticed kitchen sink faucet needed to be repaired. Management asked for a video of problem and they came out same day to replace it. We saw a few bugs go under the refrigerator. At first we thought this is typical Florida climate bugs, but one night after returning from the park we noticed them scatter near the fridge. My husband checked under the sink for bug spray, found a glue trap for pests. We put it out near fridge. The next morning there were many roaches in it. We contacted management and again they requested a video (attached). In less than an hour their pest control team came and sprayed. They confirmed that it was an infestation of German cockroaches; they moved the kitchen appliances and behind/under the fridge there were droppings and evidence of the German cockroaches in different stages from babies to adults. Everything was handled very quickly. We were a bit concerned about bringing them home and washed everything there before packing, then once home immediately rewashed and dried to do our due diligence of not bringing them home. It definitely caused sleepless nights of worry. I requested a partial refund. I received an email saying they'd get back to me with their response. More emails, 4 weeks later they said they handled it promptly and their pest control disclosure states that palmetto bugs are a normal condition in Florida's climate. German roach isn't palmetto. Cold pool, main great!

The place was okay. I think it could have been cleaner. I am not saying it was dirty but things certainly were not perfect. The beds were comfortable. The pool area could use some weeding. The place had numerous things that need to be repaired or replaced. I sent an email as requested after checking in and the property maintenance team was quick to answer which was great. I know sometimes these units take some abuse and I'm sure not all guests report things but I do. Hopefully everything gets fixed up. The biggest issue for us was the newer washer broke. The property team came right out and of course, the issue could not be replicated. I was able to do a load of laundry and the next day, same issue. The property team came out again and this time, it was clear that the warranty service would have to come out. The issue is, we packed light, anticipating that we would do laundry. Windsor Hills also doesn't have a central laundry area.Windsor Hills is nice, the pool is great. They have a convenience store that is well stocked but they closed before their advertised hours, so that sucked.Overall, just okay for us and we would not rush back. Maybe someone else will have better luck. It is pretty close to Disney so that's always a huge plus. Also surrounded by great places to eat.
