The property worked very well for our group of 15 ages 9 to 72. The separate guest house was perfect for the teenagers and preteens. The cabana was very relaxing and the view from the window was gorgeous. We rented kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing from the dock was a lot of fun especially for the little ones. We loved the infinity pool. Check in was very smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family getaway! From the moment we arrived, the place felt warm and welcoming—like a true home away from home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially loved the spacious living area and comfortable bedrooms—everyone had their own space and slept great. The outdoor area was a highlight too, we love the dock overlooking the ocean. Location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private. The host was fantastic: responsive, helpful. Check-in was smooth and the instructions were clear. We truly enjoyed every minute here and would book this property again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained vacation rental. Thank you!

Beautiful property with amazing view on the Gulf. Some minor maintenance issues that could be improved upon. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful property and location. Clean, however , screened in porch had torn screens which allows bugs in and furniture was in very poor condition. Not stocked at all: only one kitchen towel, no dish rags, no dishwasher detergent, no Kleenex, 4 wine glasses (sleeps 18), dishes and pans in poor condion. Light bulbs out, no sharp knives. Sectional couch in poor condition. Dining table only seated 7.no umbrella for the upper deck.
