Casa Felice is a 3 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished oceanfront house with spectacular views. The house sleeps up to 6 people. The house is located just 6 miles from Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of beach in Tar Bay. All rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a large open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. French doors open to a full deck equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a deck furnished with lounge chairs in the front of the house. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in Exuma's natural beauty. There are several coral reefs located within swimming distance in front of the house, so bring your snorkel gear or rod and reel and catch dinner. The house is equipped with WiFi.

Great property for a family stay. Property is located close enough to town to get whatever you need but far enough away that you have quiet and privacy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Casa Felice was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.Beth’s communication and hospitality were truly next level. She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful with recommendations, and made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. Her genuine care and attention made us feel like more than just guests.This trip was especially meaningful because it was a father-daughter vacation, and Casa Felice provided the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime. We explored the breathtaking turquoise waters of Exuma, swam with sharks, pigs, and giant iguanas, hydro biked through a lazy river, cliff jumped, and spent time on some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. Coming back to Casa Felice after each adventure felt like coming home.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the island. It had everything we needed for an unforgettable vacation.Thank you, Beth, for making this experience so special. Your outstanding communication and genuine hospitality made all the difference. This house was perfect for my wife and I. The view and the beach are excellent. Perfect Location that is centrally located. The house has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, Kurigs, regular coffee maker, Electric kettle, toaster over, blenders, basically if you can think of it, the have it or a version of it. BBQ grill was clean and worked perfect. Loved that you leave stuff in the home from previous guests like sunscreen, bug spray, salt, pepper, spices, there was laundry soap, dishwasher soap, extra paper towels, even the fridge had ketchup, mustard, etc. This home feels like you are staying at a relatives house. We aren't sure if someone lives here full time or not and only rents it out when they arent home. Lol. A/C works great. Plenty of nice beach chairs, floatys, tons of snorkel gear and toys, tons of beach towels. Found the beach umbrellas and they worked great and makes the day so much more enjoyable being able to break from the sun. I feel like you could easily hit the grocery store and just stay here your whole trip and just relax. They have paddle boards, a kayak, and the snorkeling about 50 yards out is was awesome. Its the dark spot in the water just off shore, straight out. I swam out one day, and spend an hour or more circling it. All kinds of fish, coral, plants. Super fun and I feel like alot of people probably miss it. Water is perfectly clear and saw tons of different species of fish. I would def stay here again for sure

Casa Felice is a fantastic beach getaway - nestled right on the beautiful beaches of Tar Bay! The house is always in tip top shape and you cannot beat its convenient location! Beth is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! We hope to be back soon!!!
