Location is great, small well stocked supermarket 10 mins walk away. Bus stop to the centre 2 mins walk away (takes about 30 mins).. Less than 25 mins drive from the airport. Lovely 40 min walk mostly along the riverbank path to the centre, we much preferred this to the bus. Botanic gardens along the way too which is worth a visit. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable, safe, warm apartment.clean shower room with a washing machine. Chinese restaurant below the apartment, food was delicious! Staff really friendly and helpful.
The apartment is above a busy restaurant. We didn't really hear much from it most of the time but the bedrooms seem to be above the kitchen so you can hear a general humming from the appliances (I am assuming?). It is not loud and it didn't stop us getting to sleep nor did it wake us but for anyone super sensitive to noise you might want to bring earplugs.

We didn't have breakfast

The living space looked recently renovated. Drinks in the fridge for guests. Plenty of electrical outlets.
Above the shower ceiling was very moldy. The hot water heater has a switch in the hallway that is broken and needs to be held down to heat the water. Looks like someone previously held it down with tape. No hot water first day until we figured out how to hold it in place.
There was trash from a previous guests under the sink which smelled bad.
