The staff were excellent. They worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. My room was kept very clean.

Dinner.
It's awesome
Dear sir
I like Novotel
t's not complaining, make improvement in it, please.
Inside walkway of the rooms sting smell. Previously brkfast was excellent. This time not that much good. Ok
Housekeeping staff has to remove left items out side the rooms immediately.
Use small tubes for kids in swimming pool.
Please look into.

Ambiance, facilities, cleanliness.
Outside food was retricted. But even in Taj and ITC they dont restrict.

Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly.
The hotel has become old and run down. Bathrooms are all eroded. Carpets are dirty. Overall maintenance is very poor. Towels are dirty and old. Linens are just about ok. For the price there are other hotels in Vijaywada which are worth staying in .
