We loved, loved, loved the amazing view from the balcony over the whole city and towards Vesuvius. Absolutely stunning. The location was very good. Close enough to local facilities/metro stations but far enough away from the city centre to avoid big city noise. Just a ten minute walk to the metro and then a ten minute ride into city centre. The nearby Vomero district (10 minute walk) had a great vibe, very buzzy but safe too. A great place for a base from which to visit Napoli and the surrounding area.
The apartment was generously proportioned: big bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner etc and well presented. Washing machine is a useful addition.
The sofa could be more comfortable but as it's a sofa bed, I guess it's what you would expect. A greater variety of glasses, cups, bowls etc would have been nice but we managed just fine.

Ottima la posizione. Staff gentilissimo (Roberto e Maddalena). Veduta spettacolare. Bel terrazzo. Appartamento accogliente, dotato di buona aria condizionata in camera da letto e in cucina (ma si riesce a rinfrescare anche la stanza living). Buono il collegamento Wi-fi. Lavatrice perfettamente funzionante. Palazzo servito da portiere.
Il bagno un po’ stretto per chi, come noi, ha bisogno di appoggiarsi a un piano più generoso per le esigenze di un bimbo di un anno. A parte questo struttura ottima.

The location is close to the Metro station, shops, pharmacy and places to eat. Large kitchen, well supplied with everything we needed. Two balconies - one small facing the park and a big one facing the city (with a panoramic view). In some reviews users complained about the size of the bathroom, but we thought in was all right and with everything one needs.
The weather was cold and the only source of heating was an AC unit place in the bedroom (it was great for the bedroom, but could not fully supply the rest on the apartment); way to soft mattress for our taste; large windows in the bedroom and living room that face the large balcony, but do not offer full isolation (you could feel the wind passing through)

accueil (Roberto et le gardien sont de très bon conseils et souriants), vue exceptionnelle, taille pièces, wifi de bonne qualité, calme, commerces et métro pour le centre ville à proximité.
Isolation appart, batterie cuisine insuffisante , pas de garage (donc compter 15€/j en + de parking à 10 min à pied).
