This is a great property. Clean, easy, comfortable and very close to fun stuff to do. All the rooms are great, plenty of pillows and very comfortable. No AC, but we did not need it. we left all windows open and that was sufficient. The kitchen has everything you will need. If you are staying longer that one week, bring extra toilet paper and toiletries. They only supply one roll and xtra small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.The area is beautiful with security gates and easy access. If you have more than 1 car, parking can be tricky. Two cars can park on the drive way but the neighbors have three cars so it makes it difficult to go in and out. When I tried to park on open spaces, I usually got a ticket as a warning.I thoroughly recommend this property, it is beautiful, very comfortable and in a great area.

This is the fourth consecutive year our family has stayed here. It really is a great spot; spacious inside, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities, and the outside dining area with grill is especially nice. Our kids love having access to the pool. It's a great location too, only a few minutes' walk to a trolley stop. I would very much recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Dana Point.

The property is perfect and so cozy! It’s located near everything and the neighborhood stays pretty quiet and calm, which is great if you have kids. The bedrooms are a great size, and there is plenty of space in the home for a large family. The check in process was easy. We would definitely return!
