A beach pass is provided for nearby Millway Beach, and all Town of Barnstable beaches and ponds. The property's deeded saltwater inlet access also offers a wonderful opportunity to kayak toward Sandy Neck

"We just finished our stay and we absolutely loved it. The house was gorgeous, Cape charm throughout. The pool was an amazing amenity that we all loved as well. The area couldn’t have been better. The house is directly off historic 6A and walking distance to a cute little downtown. It’s a short drive from a long list of family friendly attractions and fantastic beaches.

"We had an incredible vacation at your home in Barnstable! The location was perfect for keeping three boys under the age of eight occupied. Walks along Main Street, to the beach to watch the sunset, to the saltwater marsh at the end of the street were enjoyed by all. The home provided plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or gather for games, puzzle making, etc. Having an infant under the age of one meant that most of our meals were cooked and eaten at the house. The kitchen provided all the comforts of home. The saltwater pool was the icing on the cake! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everyone is looking forward to next year’s vacation.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
