South Bays Cottage is situated less than 100 metres from the boat ramp and also the main Marina. This 2 bedroom cottage has been totally renovated inside with modern appliances. Unlimited Fibre Broadband is included. The main bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors to outdoors. The other bedroom also has a queen bed. Ideal for kids with a large area to run around. Fishermen will be happy with off street parking for a boat and car. This cottage backs onto reserve land. Great location for exploring the area. Comfortable bed, good shower, great big fridge, well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Great washing facilities with outside washing line, yay!

This was a good batch to stay in for 3-4 people, being comfort and cozy. Utilities and expectations were communicated clearly which was nice. The parking space is good and the batch is close to the bay jetties.While the batch itself was good, the cleanliness of it wasn’t the best. Old leaky trash from the previous stay was still in the bin and the fridge wasn’t cleaned out.While it’s understandable that this is said to be the responsibility of departing guests, it’s not unreasonable that the owner/manager should do checks in between guests.The shower pressure is good-maybe a bit too good actually. It’s a very sharp stream of water so it would be helpful if that is checked on too. It was fine for adults to manage with.Refills of things like tea in the kitchenette and bodywash in the shower would also be good, though those were small inconveniencesOverall, it was a good stay with all necessary utilities being there.Thanks!
