8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The check in process took almost an hour to get thru line. At one point it was over a 1 mile back up!Our greatest frustration was with property management and more specifically house keeping. There was only one trash bag requiring us to purchase more. Half way thru the second day (ten adults in house) there was no more toilet paper - we had to purchase more.We had to purchase bar soap for both showers as there was none.We had to purchase laundry detergent to do any laundry! While the hosts were very responsive through all this, it would seem to be a property management issue. It was very frustrating... and nominally costly!
