Nested in the core of Hoi An. Staff was helpful and goes the extra mile to help.

Breakfast was the highlight! The staff were so lovely! And the rooms big and comfy! We were overlooking the main road but were surprised by how soundproof it was! The gym is a bit small but the pool is lovely. The location is perfect, we used the free bikes to get around the old town! We’d 100% come back!

Staff and large room and quieter location.
The banging from nearly building at 7am every morning. Breakfast pretty sad looking

The rooms are clean.
There is absolutely no privacy. Everyone can look into your room from the pool and the restaurant, so you constantly have to keep the curtains closed and end up sitting in the dark.
The balcony is basically useless because people keep staring at you, and the only view you have is of the building opposite.
I specifically asked for a room with a clear view. They confirmed this, but at the last minute told me I had to change rooms. They tried to sell it as an upgrade because it was bigger — but what am I supposed to do with two beds?
Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are many much better hotels nearby.
