This location just can't be beat. It is a quick walk to everything that York Beach has to offer. Two beaches, shops, arcade, petting zoo and at least 8 restaurants in walking distance. (Spring, Fall & Winter have only a couple of restaurants open). This cozy home sleeps eight and has one and a half bathrooms, plus a private outdoor shower! New appliances, quartz counter and a new sectional were added in 2021. Huge deck right off of the kitchen overlooks one of the largest backyards on "The Nubble".
Leave your linens, sand toys, boogie/body board and beach chairs home. Clean fresh bedding (Sheets are washed and blankets and coverlets are dry cleaned prior to each stay) and fresh towels are provided at no additional charge. Air conditioning is provided in all four bedrooms and also in the living room/kitchen area.

Tina's home was the perfect beach cottage for our family's first trip to Maine. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen since we enjoy cooking a few meals at home, and the upstairs lounge was a great place to relax after a day at the beach.The home is exceptionally family-friendly. Our kids loved the backyard games, and Tina provides everything you need for the beach—boogie boards, beach towels, a wagon, outdoor shower, and more. It's an easy 10-minute walk to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches, and the wagon makes carrying everything effortless.We didn't rent a car and found it easy to walk to the beaches, restaurants, and attractions, and get an Uber if we needed it. Tina was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always available if we had a question.Don't miss Fox's Lobster House near Nubble Lighthouse for a fantastic Connecticut-style lobster roll, amazing ocean views, and incredible homemade blueberry pie. Also within a block are Little Auk, a wonderful elevated gourmet restaurant with reasonable prices, and Dunne's Ice Cream, a York favorite.We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The home, location, thoughtful amenities, and Tina's hospitality made this one of our favorite family vacations. We'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Tina was excellent communicator, and the property was exactly as stated and well stocked and taken care of. We had a wonderful week - we had the opportunity to extend our stay by a day which worked out great for our family. We’d be happy to return!

Stayed with two kids and four adults. The location was great but the best part was all of the toys, beach chairs, beach buggies and anything you could need. Feel like that can be rare with a rental but makes your life so much easier than trying to make do with bare bones.

The house was very nice and in walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The area was very quiet and the host Tina was great!
